This business is low margin, high volume. Their mantra is just keep opening more stores and touting technology advances, social media apps etc. Have they fully costed the production and maintenance of the fleet of drones and robot deliveries, let alone the legislative regulations. I think their "vision" is a bit grandiose. At the end of the day they sell pizza and the franchisees carry most of the risk.
