Don't we all need the money?
It just seems a bit contradicting as it was his "only eligible window that he could sell".
If we gain FDA approval in line with the proposed timescales and as he has said make revenue in 2nd half 2017 then 2nd half 2017 would have been an eligible time for him to sell (for much more).
