Not Consistant

Nearly 3 years after the original mining plan was changed to a smaller staged start up the S.A. Dept. of State Development has deemed the new MP submission as not consistent. I'm not sure what this will mean for RXM but will probably create some more headaches for the management. You would have thought after all this time (& money) they should have got it right.
