thank god queensland has take a positive step ( im one LOL )
once we get legislation change federally , the states will have to alter theres as well. so its fair to say the both South Australia and Northern territory will still have 3-4 years on other states
Whilst i hold some queensland stocks ( DYL MRX GGY PDN ), i more of the opinion the SA ones might do better intially ( AGS and uranium one on TSX )

my thoughts only but learnt alot from uranium conference last week
interesting they asked a panel of CEO's ( 5) where price of uranium would be at end 07
