with the recent news on tin and nickel - surely this thing has to start moving soon - it may start a few to get a little nervous if it doesn't, thinking something might be wrong, as has been alluded to on a couple of occassions on HC.
i hope not, and surely they would have to announce if something was holding it all up.
i know they have said nothing to start happening til late this year, but why is there any hold up at all on the tin side of thing, my understanding was that rennison had been mantained and that it wouldn't take much to get going again?
