Not sure why you would? I got a heap in the high 50s/low 60s in both SMSF and out side. At $60, the grossed up yield is close to 12%pa! Plus you are sitting on a big capital gain. Yield will go up also with any interest rate rises. Great way to protect against the inevitable!
Even at today's price the gross yield is over 8%! Another 10% capital gain is not inconceivable from here in the short-medium term either.
Imagine if you bought up big at its lowest of 48 even 50! I bet most of those people have sold out by now, and will regret it big time after a few interest rate rises!
