I have some questions.

Zeus has also agreed to pay the Seller a 2% net smelter return royalty on any gold produced from
commercial mining operations on the Tenement and upon grant of the Licence will reimburse the
Seller for legal costs incurred in acquiring the Tenement, up to a maximum amount of $125,000.

What are the legal costs for? $125k max.

This ann was about the acquisition from Red Dragon. The stated people etc are the sh's of RD, right? So, Mr L was involved in that sale. Why was Kyarra not included? Was there a legal dispute?

Another question: why is this one a 'prospecting licence? Why are there so many PLs?
