ept overvalued In my opinion, the reason a placement was done was due to the fact the company believed its share price was way over valued especially when it hit the magical $1.00 so like all smart companies, they took the opportunity to raise some additional funds at an unrealistic valuation so as to build up the coffers even further.
l wouldnt be surprised if there were some long time holders selling the stock and taking up the placement, not a bad deal dont you think?
