I think it Wayne. You dont care about the price when you want out. Not sure what his contract has regarding sale of shares. Think he did well but got a bit greedy. Happy to pay when the share price is rising but if its failing I expect to see you using the money to purchase shares on market. I have seen this before. People start these companies and believe they are the ones to take it to the next level. A great leader sees that you need to let other people take over when they have better strengths. Tax cuts in the US for business only a fool would be selling at the moment. I need to sell some other shares and go in big. Just feel that this selling will be going on for a bit longer.
