Surely there is such a thing as disclosure for Companies listed on the Nasdaq?

As a Shareholder all I see is that I have shares in a Company that appears to be controlled by the Customers! and they may or maynot be milking UNS?

Is there any update on new Customers? The CEO stated twice (in releases to the Market) there was ongoing discussions? We'll know if they are successful but if they fall over, how are we to know? They could have already amounted to zilch now!

With regards to the Teneo Touch........

Could someone who is savvy in contacting the Company or its PR get some response as to what is going on?

Its getting beyond a joke!
