So sad but unfortunately very true
How long has DRC been subject to raping of their minerals and yet no improvement or minuscule at best improvement
Until the STATE 'infrastructure' is changed there will be not much improvement I'm afraid
Hopefully Mr Klaus can change the situation but with him having worked 'within' the country for a number of years Im not so sure
Also with impending elections this year - how would a change of government or even a coup (these things csn happen) affect Klaus and his links in the country and the AVZ project - this is most probably a very important question to ask at the AGM
