    They may be getting a possible 250 mill but it will cost CFE $200 mill in development costs
    (30% of the $600 mill required) to develop the site.

    Mind you 50 mill is $50 mill plus the return on the 30% .

    I will look to buy a few oppies tomorrow on any weakness.
    Low 20's would be nice.
