The reason I am not quite comfortable for the AMNT proposal is: not only this is none-binding, but also the 20.3 cents is not a cash injection, but a bundle of mining equipment asset, which is hard to put a acurate value on it.
I expect the both deals will fail, and hopefully new bidders come out of water to make a clear cash bid over 20 cents
