Ok, this to me sounds very much like the egg before the chicken announcement.
It appears there is a MAJOR contract to be finalised WITHIN 30 days and whatever the deal is requires
parts/additional parts/back up parts that take donkeys (long lead time) to get.
I guess its a bit like due to being in a remote/hostile area ordering 10 speacial modified tyres that will take months to get for the car you are going to purchase next week.
