Thanks gallea.
The options are at present an absolute bargain. I do not agree with Techmeister that selling shares to buy options is wrong.
The experts often use the Black Scholes formula to evaluate options. I am not an expert and this formula is the best way I know to evaluate the options. The formula tells me that if the shares rise by 0.001 the options rise by 0.0005 (or 50%). As I can buy 5 options for 1 share, any pip rise in the share price will give 2.5 pips in the options ( e.g if the shares rise from 0.026 to 0.027 the options will rise from 0.005 to 0.0055 or if the shares rise from 0.026 to 0.033 the options will rise from 0.005 to 0.0085)
At present volatility ( the uncertainty in the Black Scholes formula) is calculated as 68% which in my mind is pretty well what it should be.
I do not know how good the Black Scholes formula is and I am no expert so please do your own research
