Could not agree more my friend - our 'football team' have been playing for awhile, time to recognize the contributions made on the results being produced.

I'm sure lots of good work is being done but its the shareholders that own this company and sometimes, it seems management forget that its a symbiotic relationship.

There is a lot of mistrust with this co. which is why the share price is where it is today, when the potential alone and the upcoming expansions (which are now completely funded) alone should see revenue increase 2-3 fold.

I think its fair for 'long-suffering shareholders' to see demonstrations of the value being added by our management, especially with the stagnant SP.

I've seen some companies proactively put out newsletters to provide insight into the different aspects of the business which I'm sure our management are driving. Maybe something to think about for QHL.

Ultimately, the question is where is confidence for shareholders that our management is well suited and aligned with being a $50M company? How can management demonstrate the value being added - lots of experience is well and good, but how is this being put towards creating business success and shareholder value? Otherwise its just a bottomless pit of mates looking after mates at the top end and with interests not aligned with shareholders (which is part of why I want to see more share purchases by management).


I for one intend to vote less favourably at the next AGM if we dont start to see some clarity here. Shareholder activism is a significant emerging trend and management need to recognize they are not there to go along for the ride, they are there to 'create' the ride.
