I think he means this is the crucial ann we've all been waiting for, The binding offtake, the first one, this has great significances for VRC locomotive; what's not to like today?
It means our product is excellent and it's wanted at a premium.
The news we were waiting for is here, so a bit of glee shouldn't be too ugly! should it ?
I now believe we have a credible management team who's working on this thing.
I personally have high hopes for VRC
