Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder, page-14

Yesterday, in my post above, there were two alerts showing roughly 5.5 mil shares shorted the previous two days. Another 1.6 are shown for yesterday. That's near enough to the 7.5 mil that JCP "transferred", which convinces me they have leant these to a shorter.

7.5 mil shares added to an already near substantial holder, sitting under the 5% and is a usual shorter - the likes of UBS/NAB etc, should identify with a further Change in Substantial Holding ann .

7.5 mil shares borrowed by someone, if it's one holder, who previously hasn't held shares, won't necessarily be named since 7.5 mil is not enough for a 5%+ holding notification
