Yes, I was puzzled by their low target price which has been reduced over recent times.

27.4.16 25c (after TBI results)

Maybe BP have had a change to the way they view Spec stocks with a more conservative approach ?? Maybe someone can throw a bit of light on their valuation for me.
My target price is well above 11c otherwise I wouldn't be invested here.
Anyway looking forward to hearing good news shortly.
