the only top 20 shareholder list I have been able to find is in the annual report 29/9/06
given the amount of trading in this stock this year I'd suspect that for the most this stop is basically controlled by these shareholders...so any takeover would have to be their liking and I'd think they'd want cash ...a script takeover would'nt get off the ground
