For theose of this who have been in this long enough, like myslef, jamwolf, CDR, we know this share has been discounted for awful past performance. It will take time to restore confiendence in managment and a qtr or two of growth to get things going. If they get that and the class action out of the way,then the SP may improve to a point - say 25-35c , allowing for a more premium placed p/e like 10-15.
