Ann: Dividend/Distribution - GRR, page-99

All is good. Happy to buy 21.5 and did lots of shopping yesterday as came all the way back to 20 as I had hoped. (looked like a bit of panic selling for no strong reasoning)

Understand this stock was in glut for 3 years and it has been a tough slog for long term holders but feel that lengthy glut is not repeating anytime soon unless iron ore prices drop 50% from current levels. Current aud prices would be providing grr with tons of cash so I expect dividend increases going forward and in the meantime a 5% yield is not too shabby.

20c represents grr's cash, debtors and inventory so the company is technically free at the moment. Revenue will be strong this year and expenses won't change much so the cash flow would be juicy.

Been in and out a few times making good profits during the last 3 years and had invested in this stock prior to then (never bought when price was really high) . Maybe I have had more luck with this stock than others as have made substantial money on this over the years.

The company has lots of cash and no debt which means it doesn't tap shareholders for cash during the tough times. Also has strong yield for mining company and low aud would be working magic at the moment.

Next quarterly will be better than last so would expect closer to 30 soon. It should also be back in asx300 soon which might bring in some new investors that buy above 20 and not panic sell them back at a loss.

I am definitely not upset to buy at 21.5 then to scoop up even more at 20 is even better. Have locked in 30k of gains in 2 months which for small player is fairly good. If we go back to teens then so be it.

Just not convinced this run is over whilst the aud pellet price being received is so high.
