I would like to advise all LIT shareholders (I was one myself until a few months ago) that they can receive 10 LPD shares in exchange for every 1 LIT share they hold. This is a very attractive premium, considering the relative values of the respective shares in the near future which is likely to offer no better than 5:1.
We would request that the LIT shareholder sell their shares in the open market because we don't want them, but we welcome you as future LPD holders.
