Makes me wonder.

I was out of contract and had broken the screen on my mobile phone.
I went to the telstra dealer at the local shopping centre.

I was told I would get a better phone plan online.
So I asked about buying a new phone outright.
I was told if I wanted to buy a phone outright
I should go to J&B as they have unlocked phones.

I ended up going to Vodafone.
Got a new unlocked phone on a $60 plan with a $10 discount.
and added my wifes phone for $22
5 gigs data to share.

Really why dont they want to compete at all.
They cant just loose loyal customers and hope they come back one day.
If they offered the same deals as other telcos other telcos would be dying.
Instead telstra is dying.
