    Let's say NGI breached the terms of the off-take... The company does not appear to have an offices, plant or any identifiable assets. Their website does not describe anything other than some wishy washy discussion about graphene.

    So let's say VRC did seek judgment against NGI - what assets/money could they go after, NGI looks more like a bare subsidiary.
