I understand there WILL be a marketing campaign.
they ALREADY have the distribution outlets in place. Universal Candy have a wide distribution network already in place.
When the first consignment sells at the retail end, then they will re-order another shipment.
I don't know about timing, but this is intended to be just the first of many.
Why give them away when we can sell them?
I personally see no downside in any of this.
