the announcement i was expecting this morning has been delayed....
the first cut has run off the printers yesterday, and the investigative accountant is doing a proof read for final check of numbers...
after this stage the prospectus gets lodged with ASIC for final approval....
disappointing, but these types of delays are expected....
i am not going to hazard a guess as to timing, but will put my dollars on the line by saying that before easter there will be news...
the other positive thing to is that it appears that it will only be a $6m public capital raising... and no more.... therefore, people who are not priority holders are unlikely to get any stock off the float....
minimum parcel of 10,000 to 20,000 will apply for that priority... so take advantage of weakness while you can...
