As opposed to one big seller, I would say it is Hartleys clients exiting after the CR mid last year. They raised at 0.05 with a couple of oppies thrown in to sweeten the deal (can't remember the ratio). They didn't get the expected news flow in the time frame they were expecting and are now selling for a profit with the intention of freeing up some ammo for upcoming deals.
All IMO.
