Well done. A water license is exactly that - a licence to draw water. They paid a fee and in consideration they get to stick their pipe into the dam and pump it out - same way a farmer would. Its not rocket science. My earlier post showed while most of the country is experiencing average rainfalls - not so this province - its way above average - its raining buckets.
If the water license was in any way compromised, it would be immediately reportable to shareholders.
