No longer an OTCBB anymore??? It is alive and kicking and is run by FINRA. OTCQB gives access to the same quotes plus a few more but is run by OTCMarkets.
OTCQX listings are not representative of the multinationals overseas/foreign stock. They are bonds that have been issued in the US and are traded through this secondary market.
UNIS would most likely not initially qualify for OTCQB given its close state to bankruptcy and so become a pinky (which is run by OTCMarkets), have seen it a few times before. In fact the UNISZ securities listed on OTCQX are considered grey market, meaning they are untraded.
Unilifes ASX CDI's do not relate to the OTCQX listed shares - any conversion of CDI's are registered on the NAS, and you can only convert NAS listed shares into ASX CDI's
I don't understand why you just made up all that nonsense on such a moot point.. did you just want to sound intelligent? You got it wrong.
What you did get right is, any foreseeable option to get unilife out of this mess will entail huge dilution
