Surely the long term holders deserve these performance rights just as much considering where our SP is at the monent.
I also agree that there needs to be incentive for the bod but common the bar was set way too low and if bod issues the shares to them selfs for barely passing the target then long term holders should be considered as well.
I am not saying a free shares hand out but options on par with what the bod gets.

LOM also did the dirty on ordinary shareholders with the options which the sophs were allowed to cream before the plebs could trade them. That was the worst stunt I've seen from this board.
