I expect the buyouts will not very good on balance sheets, though one should only assess the performance 1-2 years after the acquisitions. I'm very very very confident that the cash receipts, project/job numbers and overall memberships will significantly increase. Then it will the up to the shareholder sentiment imo. Mean and miserable shareholders will sell just because of the acquisitions, the optimistic long-term holders will probably buy more I'd say. In any case, if it drops more I'll be so ready to jump on it as I will have saved quite some money by then )
