OK, so who got the allocation of the $10 mil performance shares?
What constitutes performance? who were they and what did they do?
Even more interesting is that it appears that there is another 10% of issued capital yet to be allocated in "performance shares" ($92mil odd) We have no idea when that little bombshell will hit the market do we?
We are now looking at a market cap of $43Mil for a company that has rec'd stuff all in revenue. There is a lot of blue sky added in there for what amounts to just promises atm.
Would not be surprised if the west Aussy corporate boys just keep on rewarding themselves with performance shares as the price keeps moving up.
