This is exactly what has confused me about NAE. With a NVP of around 250 mil the company could potentially sell the asset and receive enough cash to undertake any new project it wishes.
From my understanding NVP is what the asset or company is worth at this present moment after considering future cash flows, expenses and discounted factors.
If that is the case and the company is to go ahead with the project then shouldn't the MCap begin to closely resemble the NVP?
