Oliver, it seems you a relatively new to this thread, so you would have missed quite a few messages. I did see a note at one stage about budget and expenditure and it was actually the reason I first rang Volt to check it out, and the first time I'd spoken to TM. The forecast is not set in stone, the estimate is just that, when I spoke to TM he indicated that they would not be spending that estimate as most of the big ticket spend items (money they had to pay for PFS and pre-DFS) was already spent, so it will not be that high and/or continue at that rate, but we'll see when the next qtrly report comes out yeah. Re NGI, IMO as long as they pay up, who cares, a contract is a contract. The patents may be listed under another name, who knows?
