The DRC will be in a shambles late in 2017. Their president whats his name, was meant to step aside at the end of 2016 after his term expired however he didnt so this has been pushed back to 2017 via further negotiations. Obviously he needed some time to financially rewire his empire.
There should be a power struggle beginning to surface from mid 2017 so needless to say will cause uncertainty across the DRC commodity supply side. ie Cobalt
