Firstly as a disclosure I sold most of my shares before it went into halt, kept just a few so I could still be a shareholder,
I was going to put money into the con note but decided against it as had other opportunities, and was not confident it would get a listing within the timeframe,

so, it appears you are in favor of the funding, deal, listing VNX directors have decided on, but they to my knowledge and correct me if I am wrong, given very little or no details, on consolidation or other factors,

So how can any shareholder give a view on this till they are given the facts,

Now I have no gripes with AWD/VNX as I made some good money this through trading and from the placement,

And I have no gripes on Mark Rowbottom who from my experience told it how it was, and fell on his own sword for the good of shareholders, like himself and many from the AWD days, I put in money in the AWD days and was looking ok until the Russians invaded Crimea, not his fault there,
it appeared the ASX wanted a fall guy and he put his hand up,
only the tip of the iceberg is ever announced in most companies.

And I know Les has tried to get this listing away, but there is much behind the scenes most don't know about,

The ASX seems to want experienced directors, Brydie was thrown under the bus, Angus has no experience in a listed company,
It has been over a year since Mark has been gone so failure to list by now is not his fault,

Main reason of interest for me was the blue sky of operator and it seems there has been no progress in a year, correct me if I am wrong,
Telco business seems to be going ok but would I re invest on telco business alone?? probably not, depends on terms of course,

If more time was spent on listing and less on complaints on postings maybe there would be more progress,
Just my thoughts though,

For me to re invest there would have to be big changes from the top down,
