Perhaps someone could explain the relationship between Image Resources and Magnetic Resources. I understood that the former created the later from some of its existing leases. Yet if that was the case then the MAU in the most part belongs to the shareholders in IMA, is it not? Yet not all of the shareholders received any benefit. But if there is no connection then why are the largest shareholders of Image Resources receiving any benefit at all from this IPO? I just don't get it, just as I didn't get any shares in the IPO. :-(
