    I think that would be a very drawn out affair. EGM the way to do it. New directors in two weeks?? One of them - with his many China contacts - would be strapped in ready rarin' to go.

    So ....PFS by June quarter with a couple of solid MOU's signed (no pressure Michael ! ). MC of mid 50's? I don't think so.
