Well Tony... if you listen to tonights CNE webcast (around 55min mark)... Simon Thomson deals with it ...(for the first time?) ... following an analysts very pointed question.
You may not like what you hear .... but to 'para-phrase'...
" CNE and THE GOVT consider WPL to be the bonafide legal partner and they are working within the JV very well" (my words not his)..... he does mention 'a small partner has a dispute with an outgoing partner,,, but has no idea how that is going...' (the transcript when available will flesh it out properly)
Further in the webcast it is mentioned that CNE have had a team in Perth working with WPL... again very actively and constructively.... the two companies are aligned in their thinking...
Can we put this PE rubbish to bed now?? Or do we have to suffer more 'careless whispers'?
