I have never exercise options before and go anywhere near them, i assume besides the exercise price of .8 cents there is no other extra cost in conversion? If that is the case it seems like a valid question if one is after the head, why bother buying it on market at 5.6 and not just buy them as options and convert for a total cost of 5.3? Seems like one could even make some money just by converting options and selling heads. Are there any hidden cost?
