since the capital raise there has been a lot of shares traded so i would expect that TI would be selling, or one of the management / founders as shares have come out of escrow from the initial float.
A lot of people under water at the moment and given their rate of spending and lack of receipts i think they will struggle raise again unless they sure up revenue or be transparent about future expected revnues.
none the less i think TI have had enough and we will see one shortly.
