Taking away KJs support.... I tend to agree in principle, but not in practical sense... How do you know HB and WW are the best people for the job??? Only because they reside in WA...? Why keep ones choice of business partners confined to the local area, but search for the best of the best...

Now I'm not saying ML and JM are the best suited for the role...But one must remember, if KJ is a professional he'd be able to conduct business with who ever is chairing the company, and HB has more on his plate to do anything more than the basic non ex role...

ML on the other hand is more than competent in dealing with the Chinese... So if one wanted to sell the story I'm sorry but ML would get my vote over HB...As One must remember, it's not good enough just to prove up a deposit, one must sell the deposit also...Oh that's right... Current BoD wanted to sell the Lithium just recently for $107mill... And you're praising the logic of the current BoD for signing a LOI...

If the current BoD had their way, we would never see $2 a share In the future.... You seem to want to ignore the elephant in the room... ML wants to value add...Current board including KJ wanted to sell at a discount!!!
