    The question is not what is being offered but what price CTP and shareholders are willing to accept.
    A proper valuation should be sought based on all factors present and future, ratified by shareholders and then presented as a take it or leave it offer.
    This way we stop wasting everyone's time with lowball offers based on where the SP can be manipulated to.
