It is no more positive than negative. Someone dumped 875k and someone bought 875k. Can also be a transfer between someone's super. ann. accounts or an agreed purchase/sale depending on milestones, etc being met.
Basically special crosses not significant in the whole scheme of things. They are as bearish as they are bullish
