As per the last Top 20, they hold 44% of TEE. I understand most of these are long term holders and expect a much greater price based on asset values, exist business streams, and huge potential sales (eg. medical). 4 Cents would be about right.
The Top shareholder holds almost 20%. The carrot will only get better to gain shareholder support for any takeover. This only gets better.
