    March 9 (Reuters) - Platina Resources Ltd (PGM)

    • Received commitments to raise up to about $7.1 million through a placement of up to 52.825 million shares at an issue price of $0.135 per share
    • Funds raised will fast-track completion of a pre-feasibility study during q2 2017
