    I think most of us can guess and agree that the offer will be low ball and it will be rejected by the board and ultimately us. Which begs the question why make the offer and what comes next? The board would not recommend an offer under .50c if at all. What a waste of time by MBL, what hubris. My question is what next? My guess as always it will be an equity investor or a cap raising.
