I guess there has been a fair turnover of shares from the low 40's and probably traders taking profits. Management are making sure everything is spot on before agreeing to the rigs. Everything takes a bit of time in Indonesia and needs to be done right.
As the CEO has said "I’m sure all our patience will be rewarded in near future". Just need to hang in.
