USA is a sovereign nation who is deciding to stop illegal immigration by building a wall at its border. Not sure what part of this is unethical. I grew up in Berlin at this time so I cannot see the comparison as the wall is on the border of 2 countries to stop illegal activity. You can still travel over the wall by air or boat legally and legally reside on either side if you so wish. This will simply deter drug running and organised crime as well mass organised and opportunistic illegal entry.
I was just questioning why it would be unethical for Aconex to take part in this contract. Basically everything that is built or developed or the concept of capitalism which involves constantly developing and constructing could be seen as unethical if you are a hardcore left wing conservationist or depending on how you look at it. Not to mention the corruption that no doubt occurs on some construction projects. Be it political approvals or those taking part in the construction receiving under the table benefits. I do not think Aconex should worry themselves on ethical matters as they are a third party.
IMO. I stand to be corrected I do not have a strong position on the matter.
